As a native to Beverly Hills and the Founder of Encore Estates, Camyar Shoham grew up with his father buying and selling homes, investing and managing retail shopping centers, and construction projects. Camyar had a deep passion for the real estate business from the start.

His affection drove him to acquire a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a CA Real Estate Broker’s License, and a MBA with specialty in Real Estate Finance. He joined Keller Williams Beverly Hills in 2008 with flying colors to manage the Top CA REO/Short Sale team with over 300 listings. He gained specialized negotiating skills with institutional asset managers and investors.
